A little luck. A lot of strength.
Stroke of Suerte is for anyone quietly rebuilding. Whether you are navigating a health journey, healing from burnout, heartbreak, or an unexpected life shift, Stroke of Suerte exists for moments when progress feels slow, life does not pause, and kindness toward yourself matters most.
For me, there was a time when I could not move, speak, or even hold a pen. After suffering a hemorrhagic stroke, I lost my voice, my movement, and the world I thought I knew. I went from leading teams and building companies to relearning how to lift a spoon.
During my rehabilitation, I began sketching what I wished existed. I imagined simple, beautiful ways to track small wins, gently rebuild structure, and reconnect with myself without pressure or judgment.
Most self-improvement tools are designed for speed, productivity, and optimization. But when you are healing, growth does not look like doing more. It seems like noticing small wins. It looks like patience. It looks like being kind to yourself while still choosing to move forward.
Stroke of Suerte creates intentional products that support that kind of progress. Our calendars, inspirational jewelry, and an upcoming rehabilitation workbook are designed to help you reconnect with yourself gently. They are reminders to strive for better while honoring where you are today. These tools are not about fixing yourself or rushing the process. They exist to help you see progress one page, one breath, and one small act of intention at a time.
The name reflects this balance. “Stroke” represents both disruption and creativity. “Suerte,” meaning luck, speaks to grace, resilience, and the unseen support that carries us through difficult seasons. Together, they represent the idea that healing is not linear but possible when care and intention are present.
Every purchase also contributes to something larger. A portion of the proceeds supports organizations that provide care, resources, and community for stroke survivors and their families. Choosing Stroke of Suerte means extending compassion not only to yourself, but to others navigating their own recovery.
Stroke of Suerte is an invitation. To slow down. To be kind to yourself. To keep going without judgment. Whether you are recovering from illness, rebuilding after loss, or simply learning how to show up for yourself again, you belong here.
Remember, luck is not something you wait for. It is something you create.
